Positive: The food and breakfast are very good, whatever you order you get it immediately and you want to eat at home.

Negative: The room is very nice, the cleaning is also very good, I like the location and the climate there very much, it is a very peaceful area and the owner is also there, if you need anything then you can immediately get the image clip.

Positive: Patil Homestay is conveniently located near Kudal Market, with Kudal Railway Station just a 10-minute drive away. Nivti Beach is approximately 21 km from the property, while hiring an auto-rickshaw for the trip can be expensive, travelers can opt for the iconic and everyone's favorite "Lal Dabba" local transport service for a more economical journey and a unique local experience. The owner is extremely hospitable and goes out of the way to ensure guests are comfortable. The food served was delicious and the tea was particularly memorable. The rooms were clean, well-maintained and equipped with air conditioning. Room tariffs are flexible with separate pricing for AC and non-AC accommodation, allowing guests to choose according to their needs and budget. Overall, Patil Homestay offers a comfortable stay with warm hospitality, excellent food and great value for money.

Negative: There was nothing in particular that we disliked. Our stay was comfortable and everything met our expectations.

Positive: The real family is filling, helpful nature.. too good even food is also too yummy and tasty. No disturbance.. no voice, rooms are so clean and tidy. Arrangements are too good for family and individuals. If I have to come again in kudal this is the final destination. Comfortable stay, tasty good.

Negative: They asked for more money than original amount if we needed to use AC, but I booked AC rooms, and even showed them the listing, guy started saying the fan is also called air conditioner. we had to pay rs 200 more to use AC.
