Summary: Everything about this was as advertised and was a great spot for our extended family get-together for THanksgiving. Great area with access to all the shops, restaurants and whatever we needed. Highly recommend.

Summary: This home was a great getaway for my family and I. I was visiting from NY and also working from home during my stay in FL. I gave the cleanliness 4 stars because it does need to be cleaned better (the carpets/floor). Also, after you book; you are made aware that the pool gets cleaned every Tuesday. However, I was not aware of the time and was startled when the person came into the home (through the backyard) to clean the pool. I would’ve liked to know the time the person was coming. I was also disturbed by the lawn mowers/leaf blowers the next day at 8am that came to the home. I was working from the home and was on a live presentation. This caused disturbance. I was not aware of the lawn mowers entering the home at that time. The rest of the family was also asleep as they were on vacation and were startled by the noise early in the morning. These were the only 2 parts of my stay that were un-pleasant. I’d encourge more specific communication from the owners around this. And or wait until after a check-out to do these things. Overall, I was very happy with my stay and my family as well. I recommend this home.

Summary: This property provided the right space and location for our visit to the area. However, we were disappointed in the overall cleanliness. The upper bedroom had dirt in the bed, and one of the bedrooms in the main level looked like they hadn't finished making the bed. In some of the rooms the furniture is pretty dated. The dining room table feels like it is on its last leg literally and at least one of the recliners didn't recline. We also found a cup of coffee in the microwave that someone left there. Fiinally, we were asked to wash towel before we left, but there was no laundry detergent. Also, only one dishwasher pod.

Summary: This house was beyond all my expectations! The house was so comfortable and spacious. We were so comfortable. . Loved the mattress in the large bedroom downstairs. Slept so well. This house was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time.

Summary: The house is nice for a family vacation - lots of space, well equipped kitchen, nice outdoor space with fire pit and gas grill. The guest service was very helpful and reacted quickly.Unfortunately, the place is clearly getting old and could use better cleaning and maintenance. There was some black mold in several showers, a very visible layer of dust on our bathroom door and also the power outlets and switches were not clean in areas that or not just plain surfaces. Based on the amount of pet hair that stuck to luggage we had lying on the main bedroom carpet, that carpet should have been vacuumed better (we don't have any pets, so those weren't from us). The gas grill wasn't cleaned at all - in fact there was mold in the grill. Of course, that burns away easily but it's simply not a great sight.The upper bedroom door was almost fully stuck - very difficult to open and close - and the hinges were squeaking awfully which is really not nice when you go to bed late while others in the house are sleeping already. Some windows had no screens, others had screens with holes so big that lizards fit through (literally - there are a lot of small lizards around and one of them had made it through a hole in the screen on the main bedroom window). One of the showers had no shower door. We were told that the guests before us broke it and a replacement was ordered. It would have been nice if a temporary shower curtain was installed. We had booked for 6 guests and planned on using all 4 showers.Last but not least, the gas in both gas bottles - the one for the fire pit and the one for the grill - ran out. We were able to get an exchange bottle at the Walgreens down the street and got reimbursed. But there really should have been one spare bottle in the house so that we didn't need to head out right when we wanted to prepare dinner.

Summary: The property was perfect for the family coming from out of state for our sons wedding. Everyone had their own bathroom to get ready, house and neighborhood were quiet and beautiful. Back yard is perfect with a family and a dog.
