Spacious 3Br/2Ba, Huge Covered Patio, Large Fenced Yard~ 1 Master Suite with King Bed~ Private Lounge Area with Sofa Bed~ 2 Spare Bedrooms with TV **Simple tranquility ~ just minutes from the North County Aquatic Center (water park perfect for children of all ages), Ocean & Indian River**
Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-$50 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.
-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.
-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence
-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.
-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

Summary: Lots of room. Clean and neat. Well stocked. We did add scissors and sugar to the stock. A small piece of constructive criticism: Ditch the wrought iron table and chairs on the back porch. The rust may stain your clothes.

Summary: We have stayed in several properties in the Sebastian area when we visit family and this was by far the best one that we have stayed at. Loved the fenced yard for our little dog. We will likely choose to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

Summary: This house was absolute perfection for my family as we visited Sebastian FL for a family reunion over the holidays. The house is modern and clean, in a quiet neighborhood and had everything we needed to make meals, even a crock pot. We did not have a baby with us but there were things such as a dining chair and a pack and play for anyone traveling with little ones. The owner/manager was responsive within minutes of every text, even during post Christmas week. The neighborhood is situated with easy reach of US 1 and I-95, and there are plenty of parks and a nature preserve nearby if you like walking and looking at wildlife.
