Positive: very efficient and spacious enough to feel comfort. There's a small court on the back with the washer. I didn't use it, but it was a good plus. Owner Stratos was very kind.

Negative: Saw lots of flies and mosquitos in the court and come in thru windows. So, a device to kill or repell them would have been nice.
