NEWLY RENOVATED!!
Enjoy amazing waterway views and yachts passing by from this spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bath intracoastal-front home with a heated pool! There is an additional Murphy bed in the entertainment room - plenty of room for any group! Walk to beach, restaurants and shops from this ideal Pompano Beach location. This home has a very open floor plan with all glass sliders in the back which provide lots of natural light and the perfect water view from the living room, master bedroom and bathroom with volume ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen is redesigned with plenty of granite countertop space with bar stool seating and separate dining area to seat the entire group! The driveway offers parking for up to 3 vehicles.

Please be aware there is a pool heater fee. Please contact the host to request the pool heater.

How far is the beach?
5-10 minute walk.

Do you have beach chairs and beach towels?
Yes. Beach chairs can be found in the garage or the side of the house. Beach towels will be found linen closet. We have a beach wagon filled with all beach essentials in the garage, already ready for you!

Do you need parking permit for the beach?
No. The beach is a quick walk from the house. Or we have a street legal golf cart you can rent per day to ride to the beach. There are usually plenty of parking spots available.

Is the pool heated?
Yes. It is set at 80* and will be heated for an additional cost.

Do you have pool towels and lounge chairs?
Yes. We have pool towels in the linen closet, and lounge chairs are outside by the pool.

Do you have a BBQ?
Yes with all the essentials, we have an extra propane tank on the side of the house as well.

Do we need to bring extra linens or towels?
No, the house has all the essentials and all extras can be found inside the linen closets.
Does the kitchen have all the essentials?
Yes. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials including paper towels, dish soap and basic condiments and spices. Please replenish after use.

Does the bathroom have all the essentials?
Yes. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Street Legal Golf Cart Rental:
Rent directly through us request upon arrival or prior to stay to reserve, for guests only.

2018 68' Galeon Yacht Charter:
Need at least 1/2 days notice to reserve. 4 or 6 hr tour on intracoastal, captain and steward included. $800/hr but discounted price of $650/hr for guests.

All of the plumbing is perfect in all houses, if there is a clog or other plumbing issue, guest is responsible for all costs associated.
Please no disconnecting or adjusting the TV’s. If TV is not found to be working after guest checks out, $150 will be deducted from security deposit or additionally requested for IT services to come fix TVs.
If any of the rules are not followed you will lose your deposit and may be asked to leave the home before check out.
Note: There is 24 hr surveillance around the exterior of the property (this includes a ring doorbell, backyard and front yard camera)

Summary: Everything anout this house is perfect! The views off the back to sit and watch the many boats go by is awesome Quick walk to the beack Bikes there to go around the neighborhood, go to walgreens for things we needed and close enough to bike ride to ice cream, tacos or pizza!

Summary: We had a wonderful time at this property and did not want to leave. The home is wonderful and we loved being on the Intracoastal watching all the boats going by. House was extremely nice and comfortably. I loved the soft sheets and wonderful mattress in the master suite. Also loved the rain shower head in the master bath. Everything was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay while our son attended a local fishing camp. The inlet access and view from the patio with boats and jet skis passing by was fun to watch and allowed for additional and successful fishing opportunities. The house is newly renovated with very comfortable beds, a great kitchen, bathrooms and pool deck. A few stains and wear and tear on the garden furniture mentioned in prior reviews were not a problem but we’re noticeable. We had spotty WiFi which interrupted our TV time and some work Zoom calls during our first few days. When we reached out to Michael he immediately followed up and the provider came out and fixed the issue. This kind of responsive shows the property is being managed professionally. Thanks again, Michael. Maybe see you at one of your other properties in the future.

Summary: The main selling point is the view of the channel and the sunset. Thus the main picture. Watching non-stop traffic (aided by the nearby rising bridge) was intoxicating.
