Positive: The location was quiet and peaceful. Safe enough to leave important properties in my vehicle overnight. No physical keys which was really nice. Had all kitchen equipment except a dishwasher.

Negative: On arrival The common space was very unsanitary and greasy on all the countertops in the kitchen. It was very disappointing to see.

Positive: The area is quiet and so is the residence. The home is quite new and the London room is large with great storage space. The bed and coverings are very comfortable.
Negative: I could have used a lamp with a USB port on the desk for charging but that's about it!

Positive: Arrangements in rooms are wonderful.
Negative: The carpets upstairs need a shampoo. Bathtub squishy mat can harbour bacteria in shared bathrooms. Instructions on door code can be made clearer to customers! Also the time for quietness. Was woken up after 2300 by new arrivals next door!
