Summary: The pictures don’t do this property Justice; much better than expected. There were a few very minor things the cleaning crew missed but the host was responsive. I still gave the cleanliness 5 stars because everything felt clean and fresh. The property offered so much room so we never felt like we were on top of one another. Overall, great stay.

Summary: We were overall very pleased with the house, it was very large, very well equipped with bedrooms, bathrooms and tvs (priorities for my family) and it is in a very nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. The only things keeping me from giving it 5 stars are 1) i felt like it could have been a little bit cleaner when we arrived, the carpets needed to be vacuumed and there are spiderwebs in the garage and deck that made us leery of using those spaces and 2) it would have been great to have one tv with access to local cable. Other than that, no complaints. If the owner decided to list again, i would definitely stay again.

Summary: Just to breakdown the overall rating of stay in better detail: Cons: Homeowner seemed unprepared for our arrival: Their were no welcome instructions initially sent by homeowner so we had no clue what to expect when arriving. Once we arrived, we had no way to way to enter home because we wasn’t given the key code to access the key. At that point Homeowner was hard to get in touch with to obtain access code. Called and messaged multiple times and reached no resolution. Once we called vrbo we were able to get in touch with homeowner to get in house, she came off like she had no clue we were checking in or our reservation for that matter. Check out: we received no check out instructions. We didn’t know what the homeowner expected us to do upon leaving. Ex: where to place dirty towels and bedding, etc. Kitchen: kitchen wasn’t really accessible to be able to fully cook. If you plan to cook majority of your trip, you will need to bring your own pots, pans, etc because it was very limited. It made sense to eat out vs buying everything we need to cook. Pros: Rooms: rooms were exactly a depiction of pictures provided on app. Bedding appeared to be clean, bathrooms were good and ready for usage as well. Entertainment: homeowner has plenty of TVs and furniture for relaxing in each room. Game room was in the garage with arcade games, board games,etc. Unfortunately we didn’t spend much time in there because it had a like a mildew/moisture smell.

Summary: propery manager communication was wonderful. addressed anything brought up. house could be improved by more towels and bedding and more regular day appliances in the kitchen like coffee pot, etc hottub could use updating and maybe some instuctions on remores and light switches. could help.

Summary: The place was fabulous and my friends and family definitely want to stay there again. My friends are also people who are finicky about cleaning suggested for a top notch place as this, it needs a thorough cleaning both inside and out . Other than that we will come back and also recommend it to friends and family. Very spiritual and we appreciated the added touch of the “Prayer. Bench.”

Summary: Absolutely stunning beautiful home. The host (manager) was amazing and kind and helpful with every question or concerns I had. One of the sweetest young lady I’ve ever met. The neighborhood was quiet every night. You can practically leave doors unlocked. The neighbors were so friendly. In fact, the entire town people were so friendly that I wouldn’t mind moving into the area. I’m highly recommend this beautiful home.

Summary: Pack your bags get ready for a Serene Staycation. House is exactly as described peaceful on the lake. Something for everyone. Sit out on the patio lakeside, relax in the jacuzzi, husbands can fish right from the back yard you choose . The kids were entertained in the game room morning noon & night. The host was very helpful immediate response from the moment we arrived. Check in was flawless received email with precise instructions. The house was spotless, super clean, very well thought out. The host emailed us a list of Resturant’s in the area. My adult kids where even able to get in an appt for open house at a college in the area and was able to get an Uber to drive them there and back. Central to Virginia Beach, Ocean Breeze water park, Norfolk Waterside District Enjoyed making new memories with the family. The whole experience was amazing. Fantastic Property !!! Fantastic Location !!!
