Positive: Tucked at a quiet neighborhood at north island, with occasional sightings of wildlife, the location is just perfect. The place is also spacious with nice wooden flooring and comfortable living rooms
Negative: No wifi is provided, which seems to be an extreme rarity in today’s world. While seemingly plenty of provisions in the pantry, many are expired stuff we suspect left behind by previous guests. There was also a broken chair by the dining table, which in all fairness, owner sincerely apologized when we shared this with them.

Positive: Having an entire house to ourselves, with a full suite of facilities from cooking to washing to laundry. It is at a quiet location all the way north of Bruny, with a few quiet neighbors. Spacious piece of land, with very well maintained exterior and interior. Cozy and warm interior fittings, and we especially loved the open campfire and fireplace inside. Large dining table out at the porch, a pity it was too cold for us to use it for dinner. Had BBQ dinner one night, and saw several wildlife scurrying past the open porch during cooking at the BBQ stove.
Negative: Ran out of hot water on first night after showering myself and son, water heater did not come back on even after more than 2h wait past midnight. Contacted hosts about this and did a circuit board restart for the heaters. Wife had to skip shower for the night. However, it was working fine the next morning and thereafter for the rest of our stay.
Summary: Lovely stay in a nice spacious house, our 5-year-old boy had several "first" experiences here.

Positive: Place was well equipped and neat and clean. Very comfortable. Hosts were very responsive. Location was picturesque and had everything we needed.
Negative: Hot water system had some issues and could not provide hot water for four showers at a time. Had to resort to kettle for hot water in the shower. Just a minor inconvenience and it was on the weekend, so even the hosts couldn't get any tradesperson.
