Summary: Husband and I stayed here for 4 nights. We were there for the Formula 1 weekend at COTA. Place is situated a in a "woodsy" area of the property and it's nice and quiet. We felt safe. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was nice and well stocked. It was from what we heard, record breaking heat for that time of year at COTA so it was nice to be able to come back to the studio and have the wonderful air conditioning. Studio is equipped with apple TV. Owner is extremely quick with her responses and communication. She even left us a bag of fresh coffee grounds the following day after check in which was nice. The property is about a 10 minute drive to waterloo park which was perfect because that's where we needed to grab our shuttle each day. We did use UBER one night to go out to the city and it was easy. There is a little spot just up the street that has several food trucks which was nice to eat at after our event. We weren't at the property much. We were gone before sunrise and back after sunset. The only thing keeping me from giving it 5 stars is the price point. The price gouging due to the F1 event I'm sure was to blame so I understand that's standard practice. I just wouldn't pay that again for what it was. I paid triple the going rate but as I mentioned, I understand that's the way things go. :)

Summary: Nicely furnished area that felt secluded enough but with the bonus of having the porperty manager close by for questions/concerns. Great bathroom design.

Summary: This place was perfect for escaping and just getting some me time. Needed a place to rest and relax after 12 hour night shifts. The bed may not look like much but actually got some of the best rest I have had in a while. Fluffy pillows. Shower is amazing. Inside is just as pics show. Will definitely be back.

Summary: The cottage was so cozy- tucked away in a wooded area with plentiful outdoor space, it was serene and secluded. I enjoyed the ease of communication, check-in and out, and even got to see some wild turkeys and possum on the property. The home was well equipped with cooking needs, tea and coffee, and a very comfy bed. The neighborhood is easily accessible and close to both East Austin and Mueller activities!

Summary: This charming cottage is tucked in at the side of the property surrounded by trees and other nature. Rebecca greated us upon arrival to make sure we would be made at home. We were also greeted each evening upon our return by an extremely friendly kitty cat. ☺️ The cottage was a relaxing respite during our busy weekend in Austin. Highly recommend!

Summary: We missed our plane so we arrived much later than expected. Rebecca was very attentive and helpful in welcoming us. Our romantic stay was very pleasant, this cottage is perfect for relaxing in the middle of nature while being 10 minutes from the Austin center! The little touches with essential oils, soaps and coffee/tea make this studio a great place. I recommend 100% and we will be back next year, Thanks again Rebecca
