Summary: Amy is a great host. She made us feel very welcome and provided lot of useful information about the local area, places to visit, recommendations for dining out. The cottage is delightful. Situated in beautiful surroundings it’s quiet, very comfortable and clean with good quality linen and towels, a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower! We could happily live here!We’ve stayed in many holiday rentals and the Folly is up there with the best of them. We would happily stay here again.

Summary: We enjoyed staying at the cottage in Luston. There was lots of room for us and our two friends and we enjoyed having a bathroom each. Our bedroom was spacious and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was room for four of us to sit at the dining table. There are lots of places to visit e.g castles and manor houses which are just a short drive away. Our hosts Amy and James made us feel welcome.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely brilliant. We couldn't have asked for more in terms of the thoughtful touches (including a delicious bottle of fresh apple juice from the orchard which was much appreciated and enjoyed) - and the cottage is immaculate, very well equipped and peaceful. Summary: Very spacious and comfortable high quality property. Window latches were rather wonky and it was annoying not being able to open 2 of the windows in the front bedroom. We appreciated being able to turn the cat in the owner's entrance as there was little room for manoevre at the property. Excellent provision of maps and local books. VG centrr.

Summary: I stayed at the cottage with my husband and daughter as she is looking to buy a property in the area. Our host Amy couldn’t have been more helpful. She gave us lots of information on the area and all her recommendations for food were spot on. We had the most comfortable stay and our beds were very comfortable. The living area was great and spacious and the kitchen had all we needed. We’d definitely love to go back and stay again.
