Summary: We had a wonderful time at the cottage. Matthew was quick to respond to our questions, and made sure we had all the details before we arrived. The entire process was so easy! The cottage was cozy, and had lots of space for all of us. The beds were super comfortable, and the different spaces in the home made it feel open and spacious with our group. The little room on the top floor was an absolute hit with the 5 year old in our party - she was smitten with her own private space with all the windows. The neighbours were lovely, and so friendly. We spent quite a bit of time down at the dock, admiring the water and swimming as much as possible. We played bocce ball in the yard, and enjoyed the quiet nature of the area. We can't thank you enough. It was the perfect way to end the summer, and a wonderful place to spend time with friends and family. All the very best, Zoe & Co.

Summary: This cottage was so beautiful and absolutely perfect for the whole family . Lots of room so we never felt crowded. The sun porch was a great place to be especially the one rainy day we had . So many extra things that this cottage had that made it feel comfortable. Definitely would highly recommend. The owner was so helpful with any questions and pleasant . Thank you Matthew for a wonderful family memory

Summary: We enjoyed the property -- exactly as advertised, roomy and appreciated the dishwasher, laundry facilities and air conditioning. Enjoyed the yard and deck and private dock. Would definitely book again!!!

Summary: Overall it was ok. Cottage is a bit tired. The stairs to upstairs are quite narrow, so if you have trouble with stairs it will be a problem as the railing is a rope.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay. The cottage was perfect, and tbe kitchen was completely stocked with everything you would need. The private dock was great, and the fishing was epic- especially at the old boating dock which was about a 5-7m walk to the right of the private dock. The cottage was clean, and the owners were great with communication reguarding any questions we had. The bugs weren't bad at all, and the town was great! I suggest dining at The Locker they had great crab cakes and veiws of the falls. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COTTAGE!

Summary: We truly enjoyed our time at the cottage. It was fully stocked which meant less trips into town. Loved the front enclosed porch and our private dock. Coming from a noisy city, it was a great treat to find an extremely quiet spot.

Summary: Fun was had by all .. beds were comfy and the cottage had everything we wanted for a summer holiday. We caught fish, went tubing and swimming. The neighbors were nice and expressed to us that we were a nice family when we were leaving. Unfortunately it was too buggy for a campfire. The only negative thing I can think of is 1 week isn't long enough! Thanks Matt and Family ... another summer holiday in our book of family memories!!
