Summary: Honestly, I couldn't have been happier with our stay- the cabin was clean and as advertised! Booked a weekend trip for my boyfriend's birthday and we loved it! Our host Amy was super helpful and made the checkin process super easy. Thank you Amy, we loved it!!!

Summary: Place was a small camp on Beaver Cove. Amy was very helpful in answering questions and providing information. The camp was very clean with all basic amenities and the owners added an AC! The camp is on the cove but not near the water nor can you see the water from the deck. There is a great stone fire pit at the base of the rise leading to the camp. Unfortunately no clearing or dock big enough to sit by the lake. We went to Lily Bay campground day use next door to get water access. Beaver Cove is a nice area, in a good location and close to Greenville. We had a good time and love Moosehead Lake even if weren’t lucky enough to see a moose.

Summary: My husband and I stayed here with family and really enjoyed the easiness of everything. Plenty of the necessaries and a gorgeous spot on the lake. Short hike down a hill to a small dock allowed for coffee and sunrises and a little family of ducks came to visit almost every day. Everything was clean, neat, and as described. Very peaceful spot in the woods, next to a neighbor, but still felt private. Ease of check-in and check-out was second to none. Highly recommend.

Summary: The cabin is very smartly arranged, clean, well furnished and comfortable. We enjoyed the easy access to the lake for swimming, and were happy to use the kayaks and canoe provided by the owners. Amy is an excellent hostess, she is very responsive and made sure that our needs were met. This was our family's first trip to Maine and we took a few smaller trips discovering the area. Greenville was very easy to get to and we enjoyed the guided tours of the local museums and library. Everyone we met was very welcoming and helpful in offering advice for sights to see and trails to take to see moose. The public library offers a visitor's pass for a small fee and we made good use of it borrowing DVDs and books for the rainy days, and there are also two free little libraries on the road leading to the cabin with books for adults and children. We recommend this cabin as a great base camp for discovering Moosehead lake and the North Woods!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this property. It was clean and cozy and had everything we needed. Easy lake access for swimming, kayaking and canoeing. The owner, Amy, was very responsive and helpful. Great place for a couple or small family looking to enjoy some time in the North Woods!

Summary: The cottage was good, barring a minor few flaws. The waterfront of the property was a disappointment. The shoreline was overgrown. The dock was small and the overhanging trees prevented us from seeing much of a view. We probably could have rented a less expensive cottage in the woods to get the same experience. We did like the selection of DVD's that were available in the cottage. The TV remote needs new batteries because it didn't work. The screen door needs a handle on the inside so you can close it from the inside.
