I am out of town for a few months and want people to enjoy my apartment. Located 1.6 miles from downtown in the desirable neighborhood of Bouldin Creek my place is the ultimate work from home vacation rental at a great price. Brand new mattress completing the most comfortable king bed in Texas. Sun all afternoon on the patio, smart TV with all the apps to relax in the evening or you can walk to a string of bars, restaurants and coffee shops. My favorites are Loro (I suggest the chicken Karaage / Black Sheep (Buffalo Burger & tater tots)/ Super Thai ( Pad See Ew w/ chicken), ABGB (incredible Pizza and sandwiches) all of these spots are 5 minute walks. For coffee Patika & Opa (wine/ coffee) are also 5 minute walks. Enjoy a night of live music at the legendary Saxon Pub (10 minute walk) and cap your night off a the Golden Goose. The Goose has one of the best juke boxes in Austin with Shuffle board and an authentic Texas feel. I look forward to hearing about your stay!! Check in is 3:30PM and checkout is 11AM

Summary: We had a great stay. The place was nice and clean and had amenities like nespresso and filtered water waiting for us. The property is nice and quiet, there is a nice outdoor area right off the apartment. Also the first floor location is great for luggage! Kevin was very accommodating and helpful to us! We would stay again!

Summary: Kevin’s place is located in a safe neighborhood very convenient to D/T Austin, and is within walking distance of many outstanding restaurants and bars. The apartment is well-appointed, quiet and comfortable, and has all of the conveniences you could possibly need: kitchen supplies, washer/dryer, plenty of storage space, etc. Kevin is easy to reach and super responsive to questions. We highly recommend his place.

Summary: The bed- super comfy The bathroom- spacious and clean Living room- sofa perfect size for snuggling and watching Netflix Kitchen- plenty of room for you and your chef Patio- so cute Only negative thing I have to say is I wish there were blackout curtains on the bedroom windows.

Summary: My only regret is that I am limited to a maximum of five stars. If I could, I'd give a 10-star rating. The apartment was clean, quiet, and perfectly appointed, giving an almost Zen feeling to the space. It was an excellent spot for us to recharge in between adventures and festivities. Every need was met. We enjoyed the porch. The kitchen had everything we needed to fix breakfast. (The wine glasses were especially lovely!) I found this host to be incredibly responsive, even giving us a short list of his favorite things in Austin. The location also put us in close proximity to places we wanted to see or needed to be. We spent five nights in this condo, and loved every minute. Well done, Kevin!
