Situated on a quiet cul-de-sac on 3 beautifully landscaped acres east of Oxford just a 5 minute drive from Kroger and about 5 miles from the town square, this cozy 3 bedroom home sleeps 7+ (one queen BR, one double BR, one twin BR, a sun porch with twin swing bed and twin fold out futon, and a couch in the den that also folds to a bed). If you want a quiet and peaceful family or personal getaway that is still close to everything Oxford, this is the perfect place.

You will have complete access to the entire house, fenced-in private backyard and gardens. The back acre of the property is separately fenced and has a rv camper where I will likely be staying during your visit if I’m not traveling. Summary: Wonderful house in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from Ole Miss and the Square. The house was just as described and Stevi was a great host. Our kids toured the university, and we enjoyed the Grove & the football game. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

Summary: Really enjoyed the house. It’s on a huge wooded lot with many beautiful trees surrounding don’t it. Very peaceful and not too far from town. The sunroom is a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening. Stevi is great with communication too. Would definitely stay again!!

Summary: I really can't tell you much about the rest of the house because I spent almost every moment I was there reading in the swinging bed on the sun porch. The house was perfect for us, and the yard was amazing. Thank you!

Summary: This house was just what we were looking for. Away from the noise and traffic of Oxford, but a short ride back to the Square. Had a great time sitting in the back yard and enjoying the wildlife around us. The house had everything we needed, and Stevi was a text away in case we needed anything else!

Summary: We had a lovely stay here! The house is immaculate, and is very welcoming. The property is very private, with a beautiful & peaceful, fenced-in back yard. My favorite room was the back sunroom - loved it! And the host, Stevi, was so accessible and accommodating.
