Summary: Great social space for morning visits and late night dinners. I stayed with a couple fishing friends that drove in from MI and really only were there first thing and late in the evening after fishing. Excellent location for fishing the upper Delaware river system. The porch was wonderful for morning coffee and conversation.

Summary: This was our second time at this house. We met our friends for a 2 night get away. The house was perfect for 2 couples. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Beautiful vista in the back. Check in and out was very convenient. Very relaxing! I’m sure we will be back again.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay at this property. Clean, cozy, spacious, and everything to make my stay feel like home. Gorgeous vistas of the river with hills behind, as well as a deer grazing every morning I looked out. Highly recommended as a premier location and host.

Summary: This home was beyond our expectations! The home was well-kept, spotlessly clean, and has high end appliances and a great kitchen and game room. The area is beautiful in the fall. The main bedroom mattress was a little too firm for us but the bedding was comfortable. The views of the river hillside was especially beautiful in the early morning. The host, Pat, was easily accessible by phone. We highly recommend this property. The restaurant in nearby Hancock (The Maple Rrom) was excellent as was the scenic drive to Hawks Nest.

Summary: This house is gorgeous and the view was too. I loved that it was right on the border of New York and Pennsylvania. There were so many places to visit around the area and there wasn't any bad driving distances. Being on our motorcycles we were able to visit many of the Harley Davidson stores.
