This oversized lot home 6,840Sqft offers open layout throughout 1,820 living sqft, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, office, complete kitchen, dining area, family room, living room and huge private front yard and backyard.
Kid-friendly home with both indoor & outdoor play area. Crib, highchair, baby walker & much more are available for your little ones. We pride ourselves on keeping a well-kept clean home for you to enjoy.

1/ Our home is NOT for parties or any types of gathering. That includes bachelor/ bachelorette, Guys or Girls getaways, Quinceañeras, engagement/ tea ceremony, or any other loud, adult gathering. If you or anyone in your group likes to make loud noise late into the night, please choose another home.
2/ City of Huntington Beach Ordinance - The minimum age of the person renting/ booking shall be 25 years old.
3/ Quiet hours are between 10pm-7am.
4/ Only disclosed guests are allowed on the premises.
5/ No smoking/ no vaping inside the house. No drugs or marijuana allowed on the premises - $1,000 PENALTY
6/ No USPS, Fedex, UPS mail delivery allowed. Owner is not responsible for missing packages.
7/ Please no pets!
8/ This property has camera or recording device by the front yard and backyard OUTSIDE of the house only for security purposes.
9/ BBQ grill is available for guests to use. However, guests to provide their own propane tank at usage and clean up the grill after themselves. Excessive cleaning fee shall be requested if BBQ grill is not cleaned up at check-out.
10/ NO SUBLEASE ALLOWED!
11/ The fire pit in the backyard will be turned OFF permanently for guest’s safety!

Summary: Our family had an excellent stay at this cute house. It was plenty big for my husband and I and 3 kids ages 12-17. Very clean, bright, and comfortable. In a great neighborhood close to everything! 7 min from the beach. We went up and down the coast checking out all the beaches during our stay. The front and backyard are nice and big. We didn’t hang out in the yards very much though because we had to take advantage of the beach ;) Communication with the property owners/manager was very easy and she was so nice. We hope to be back again.

Summary: The place was very clean. Beautiful backyard that is like an extra living space. Host was very nice and left a beautiful gift. It was not far from the beach, but know that most have paid parking for that area for the beach. With Traffic, it is about 30 minutes from Disneyland. The area is clean with stores near by.

Summary: This house was really cute and my girl's absolutely loved the place. The layout was perfect for our large group with a big common area, but rooms that were far enough away to afford some quiet and everything was really clean.
