Summary: I loved my stay here. I lived in a similarly aged apartment and it felt like home. Solid walls so I didn't hear neighbors, comfortable furniture, easy parking. I even took in a play at the theater across the street. Great location in the most charming neighborhood.

Summary: The residence is in a building that has eight units. This unit is on the first floor. The building is old and not soundproof. Hence you are constantly hearing the people above and next to you. Given the buildings age, the Jack and Jill bathroom is very small ( just a sink, no vanity) and you can barely close the door to use the toilet. All the doors stick. All the floors creak. There is nothing luxury about this unit.we stayed two weeks and got little to no sleep given the night owls making noise above and around us. For the amount charged per night, it was a HUGE disappointment. Several mornings during our stay a man hoisted a 30 ft ladder outside our window at 6:30am to check the raccoon infestation in the attic. The carpeting in the hallways is old and stained. Renter beware.
