Summary: My family (myself, husband, 2 teens, and dog) really enjoyed our 5 night stay at Mountain Royal. The neighborhood was fairly quiet (there is some construction happening on the street but only during weekday times) and we enjoyed hanging out on the screened in porch and listening to the birds. The accommodations were perfect for our family, and it was a great home base for our visits to Berkley Springs, Antietam Battlefield, Shepherdstown (highly recommend eating outside at the Blue Moon Cafe!), and Harper's Ferry (great meal at the Rabbit's Hole!). My teens also enjoyed getting to use the pool and tennis courts, as well as hiking trails on the resort and nature preserve. Emmanuel was quick to respond to any questions I had. Thanks for a great stay!

Summary: This place was just what my wife wanted. Away from Berkeley Springs but not too far! Very clean and dog friendly. Scooby loved it!

Summary: I rented this property in the same neighborhood as my residence to accommodate family from out-of-town. The space is cozy and the screen porch and wood burning fireplace were nice. Beds are extra firm. Very peaceful and Lovely outdoor wooded setting with deer passing through. Would rent again.
