Come unwind and relax at this beautiful lake house on Lake Carroll in Carrollton Georgia.
Amenities and features include panoramic lake views, a dock for fishing and plenty of space to park a boat. Outdoor deck with furniture for afternoon grilling and large porch with firepit for evening sunset views and smores.
Indoors you will find an open floor plan with large kitchen that overlooks both the living room and the lake!
Property has multiple spaces that we love! The game room has nostalgic video games (Nintendo and Atari), foosball table, giant Connect-4, Jenga, board games, and coloring station that can be enjoyed while taking in the lake view. The Living Room has a state of the art flat panel TV and one of the most comfortable couches you will ever sit in.
Home is equipped with ultra high speed internet so there are no performance issues even if you are streaming multiple shows on the smart TVs located in the living room and in every bedroom.
Boat and jet skis that are on property are not to be moved and are not for rent. (Insurance liability.) Home is to be left in good condition at check out. Any evidence of parties will result in additional charges. Please treat our home with respect. No more than two cars are to be parked in the driveway at anytime. Summary: Our family was in town for her son's wedding on New Year's Eve. We decided to stay close to the venue and selected 102 Lake Lane as our homebase for the entire weekend of wedding. The Alexander Lakehouse has everything you need and more. Not only is it a fabulous home, the views of like Carrollton the absolute best. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we are planning to return this next summer to enjoy it a bit more.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was perfect. The home is charming and comfortable. Plenty of room for six adults to spend a long weekend together fishing, watching football and cooking meals together. We all agreed we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Summary: We had family from 3 to 82 yrs of age staying for a surprise bday party for our GG. We could not have been more pleased. There is something for everyone. The house is in a beautiful location, cleanliness is top notch and when I did have a question the host incredibly responsive. None of our group have any hesitation in staying again.

Summary: Beautiful lake house to stay in while we worked at a job for 3 weeks. Kitchen was well stocked for making our meals. Spacious rooms and perfect backyard and deck for kids to get out of the house. The place was very clean and the hosts were very responsive when we needed anything. We loved to walk on the Greenbelt Trail and the playgrounds along it. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

Summary: Pictures on the internet do not do this property justice it’s just BEAUTIFUL. The location could not have been any better quiet, relaxing, and super cozy. If you choose to leave the house you can find anything you need within 30 mins from the house. Host was amazing with responding when we had questions. We will definitely be back!
