This cozy home is located eight miles south of Sunriver in the River Meadows community. From here you can walk or ride bikes along the Deschutes River and a network of trails just out your back door or take a short drive to access all that Sunriver has to offer. The peaceful forest setting and multiple decks offer plenty of space to soak in that wonderful Central Oregon sunshine.
A cozy wood fireplace keeps you warm in the winter, while a private hot tub offers a relaxing space to sit back and star gaze. The main level features an Ensuite Queen bedroom with adjacent full bathroom with tub. The King bedroom is upstairs, separated from the bunk room by the shared full bathroom. Summary: Everything was fine for the most part. But halfway through our stay we decided due to weather in the mountains to stay and relax in the hot-tub. Then the property management company texted me asking how things were: “Reply YES if everything is perfect…” I wasn’t going to say anything and just let them know when we left, but since they asked, I responded that the hot-tub was half full of water and not useable. The hot-tub being empty, one would think, the cleaning staff would know about addressing it by filling it up. But during a short texting session needlessly back and fourth with me about the lack of a useable hot-tub I was informed that a special hot-tub cleaning service cleans the hot-tubs before every renters stay. Having said that, then why was this hot-tub left half full and way below the water pump intake? One has to assume that the hot-tub wasn’t cleaned and hadn’t been looked at. The management firm wanted to send a service out to address the hot-tub during MY stay interrupting my vacation. No thanks. One would think the cleaning staff would double check the ENTIRE house prior to a renters arrival. If checkout time is at 10:00am, and check in is 5:00pm or later, what are they doing during that time being that they’re missing a big peace like a hot-tub?

Summary: I prefer this area to being in Sun River, the path system is less crowded and you get to walk by the river. The single window unit was able to keep the heat at bay. The house was a nice size for the two of us, and had everything we needed.

Summary: We stayed here for a week long family vacation. The neighborhood was so quiet. We loved the bike trails and proximity to so many activities. The host was very responsive and I love the texting option for communication. The house was well stocked. I would stay here again.

Summary: We really enjoyed the house, the hot tub and the paved path for walking and bikes. The living room is fine for two people but would be a bit small for more. We would be happy to stay there again.

Summary: Nice, cozy home, with kitchen, laundry, hot tub, and 3 bedrooms. Everything was clean and worked, except some of the wall outlets didn't seem to charge phones, otherwise it was great! Beautiful surroundings, very quiet area, excellent time. Go Beavs!

Summary: We really enjoyed how well stocked the place was including stocked with lots of towels. Good communication with the property management too. Only complaint was that the hot tub only had one jet working and wouldn't get real "hot". Other than that all was well.

Summary: This is a beautifully maintained home. It is very clean, comfortable and in a stunning surrounding. The hot tub is so relaxing. It is large, private and looks out on many trees. The kitchen has everything you need to cook from home. The beds are comfortable, hot water great ,etc Absolutely loved this home. Would definitely stay here again. It is set within a safe neighborhood with lots of trails, many leading to the river. We found it to be a good place to base out of as we explored Bend and its many offerings.
