Summary: Nice roomy house, however a lot of deferred maintenance issues. Plus dishes, utensils, silverware, and hall bathtub were dirty - I mean gross gunk on things. When I called the management company to report a concern about a car parked in carport, they said they would research and call back which they never did. I text them to report cleanliness issues to get response “text back in five minutes because our system is down”. I did, but never heard back until two days later when they asked me to give a review. If cleanliness issues were resolved, I would stay there again.

Summary: This is a really nice vacation property. It is pretty accurate in its description. I enjoyed my stay! Just a few minor points for the management company or owner: 1. I asked for an early check in early in my booking. I was allowed to do so. However, I didn't find that out until I was on the road there. I had changed my entire travel plans based on a non-early check in. It would have been nice to have received an earlier answer. 2. Upon my arrival, it was dark. It was hard to find the lock box and keys. 3. I think the septic system needs pumping. It smelled "off" in the Master Bathroom. 4. Good password strength for your WI-FI. However, it's not practical for guests. 5. It was too bad that none of the fireplaces could be used. An impressive amount of firewood in the car port!

Summary: Nice house, very clean. Could use a couple more pans for the kitchen. There was an issue was the trash pickup. Outside trash can was full when we checked in. I called Waste Mgnt twice and was never able to ascertain the pick up date. I called Vacasa twice and they could only tell me where the trash can was to be placed- but no pick up date. Finally, Vacasa sent someone to pick up the trash on the day before we were to check out. Owners had a recycle can inside, but no indication where the recycle should go once it was full ( and over a week's time, it was full several times). We have rented thru VRBO in the past and never had a problem with communication. Most homes have a list of frequently asked/ answered questions, but didn't have one here. The check in information was to be texted and emailed 24 hours before check in, but I had to call Vacasa to get the info. Still love VRBO, but not so sure when the rental is farmed out. Thanks- Ken
