Summary: This house was very spacious and cozy! Having the swimming pool was great never have to leave the house except to go out if wanting! The owner is a very seeet lady and doesn’t bother you ans encourages to play music loud and have a blast or she’s not happy! It’s out on the outskirts of town so no body to bother you! I’m going back asap

Summary: What am amazing property! Located up on the hills, the view is spectacular and perfect for some relaxation. My son and I came for a guys trip and it was our best trip yet. Private pool, house surrounded by a beautiful orchard, and a very peaceful setting. This is a great spot for a family outing or just a relaxing getaway. Tina the owner was very accommodating and helped us with any questions or requests we had. We will definitely be back!

Summary: Our family of 5 had a lot of fun at this house. Beautiful views, with plenty of privacy, yet close enough to town that we could easily take advantage of all that the Chelan area has to offer. We also had an amazing view of the fireworks! So much fun!

Summary: My family and I stayed here for the weekend and loved the view and swimming pool. Pros: 1. Amazing views of Columbia River and Lake Chelan from property. 2. Perfect pool for family with small kids. 3. Only a couple miles from Lake Chelan and Super Walmart for shopping. Cons: 1. There’s no shower downstairs. Only one shower and it’s upstairs. 2. They don’t allow guests to use the flat top burner in the kitchen. Only two burners next to it and a portable flat top burner available for use. 3. If you cook anything in the oven it will set the smoke alarm off in the adjacent hallway. We cooked frozen pizza and chicken nuggets in the oven and it set off the smoke alarm. We even had the kitchen vent on. 4. They desperately need to upgrade the pots and pans.

Summary: This is our 2nd summer staying here. We have two little kids and this was the perfect house. Great pool, lots of privacy, amazing views and perfect location (close to town but very private). A few cons: there we're a bunch of light bulbs out, including the one by the shower. I would have hoped that the cleaning staff would check that once a month or so. The pool was cloudy and so Vacasa had to send someone out to top up the water level and the chlorine. There was a lot of animal poop on the patio as well. Check-in was at 4, and we arrived to the house a bit after 5 and the cleaners were still there. We had to put away the clean laundry that was left in the dryer. Also, the bathmats (one in front of toilet and one in front of shower) were disgusting and dirty. We promptly put down white towel bathmats, but I was so grossed out that I washed them on the first day. In my opinion, they should be removed from the house completely and only the white, washable towel mats should be provided. Overall, the house is amazing and I understand rentals are treated differently than one's own home, but there were some overlooked housekeeping things that needed to be addressed. With all that said, we will definitely book again, because the house is amazing, unique and a real Chelan gem!

Summary: Open floor plan and pool were the highlights. House is a little isolated but the surrounding orchard, mountains and lake views were peaceful. Kids really enjoyed the pool. A lot of sun on the patio.

Summary: wonderful home for my family with two small kids. Amazingly peaceful and private yet super close to downtown Chelan. I was blown away by how clean and well-maintained the home and private pool were. There are apple orchards surrounding the backyard and the mountain views plus the views of Chelan River and the Columbia were stunning. We have re-booked for next summer and cannot wait to return! This was the perfect place during these Covid times. We didn't want to go to a crowded beach so the pool and yard were just perfect for us and the kids.
