In a stone house in the area, lovely comfortable house and well equipped in the heart of the Périgord Vert in beautiful surroundings with private pool and large garden. Nice view of the countryside, quiet and tranquility absolute guarantee, but close to all the tourist sites of the Dordogne and also of Limousin and Corrèze close. Green Perigord is a beautiful area that has preserved its authenticity while implementing an active tourism policy. Indeed many activities for all age groups and all tastes are offered throughout the summer. Opposite the Black Perigord where the crowd can be a problem in high season, our corner of the Dordogne is much more calm and quiet, while being an excellent base for touring throughout the region. The many castles, caves (Lascaux IV that opened!), Gourmet markets and sporting activities ensure filled days!

Summary: Nice house, garden and pool. We were with 3 so plenty of space in the house, but for 6 it is also equiped. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice outside dining place “ roofed” and with grapes around. Nice kettle BbQ well equiped with tools ( fire starter eg). Mirentchu and Gareth are very friendly, open welcome, they are there if you need them but with all respect for privacy. And thank you for the sparkling bottle for our birtday. One recommendation; make the cleaning part of the rental fee and not something you can choose to do yourself or pay for it separately. We reccomend this house very much and by opportunity will return. Kind regards Gijs and family

Summary: Very welcoming and helpful hosts. Stunning hilltop location with a well tended garden and great views. Very pleasant outside dinning area under a canopy of vines. Nice country walks along quiet roads. Lovely clean swimming pool with ample sun beds, plus some shade for those who have too much of the sun. Spacious, characterful and comfortable accommodation. Will happily go back.

Summary: We had a fabulous time in Perigord Vert staying at La Mas outside Corgnac-sur-I'Isle. The pool was very refreshing at the end of a days touring around the beautiful surroundings. Kayaking on the Dordogne and visiting all the local markets - thanks to the brilliant hosts Malcolm and Mirentchu who were so very helpful in assisting us to book activities for us and our children, great advice! Both a relaxing and active holiday, we used the BBQ everyday and also experienced many local restaurants and cafes. Thank you for a lovely stay!
