Negative: Had to call the host, no text prior to inform us of the key pick up. Towels looked old and grotty, used my own. No tea spoons, only one wine glass, no tea or coffee. Room was small and compact and Very basic, although the price was expensive

Positive: Leafy Trees suburb of Shailer Park. Comfortable bed & bedding. Watching & listening to Nature/birds and other native Australian nocturnal mammals outside accommodation window. Insect screens. Cleverly decorated. Solar-panels power. LAUNDRY facilities available with washing powder & basket provided (although in a room shared with another accommodation unit). Loganholme 'Hyperdome Shopping Centre' mall off Mandrew Street, only a 5-minute drive; near M1 Pacific Highway. Recycling wheeliebin + Refuse wheeliebin at property. Log-in Apps were Available on cable/fibre TV. Daisy Hill Koala sanctuary park a close drive.

Negative: NO-free Wifi, and only 1-bar of Signal strength on Cellphone service, so Not able to work on own Laptop. (Entertainment Log-in Apps were Available on cable/fibre TV). BATHROOM: Plumbing - Handbasin waterpressure fails unless basin-mixer remains in centre position. Shower not on mains pressure, but good. Another towel rail/Hooks behind bathroom door would have been helpful. Full-length window needs curtain for nights - can see straight through frosted bathroom window from exterior with interior light on at night. Plastic plants were in the way. LAUNDRY facilities in a room shared with another accommodation unit. SECURITY: Exterior Locking only available on insect screen. Ranchslider had No exterior locking. Overpriced at NZD$387/night, AUD$345/night (including Taxes + Fees, total of NZD$48); unfortunately quality Accommodation around Logan City is scarce. RAINS caused a bit of pooling around Entranceway until dried out - Needs drainage fix.

Positive: Lovely little studio, comfortable, clean and everything my dog and I needed for the night. Quiet location, easy access with parking, 1st class bedding, and stylish inclusions. Hosts very helpful.

Negative: Could have used a microwave but made do with the cooktop.
