Welcome to this charming refurbished vacation home just 800 meters away from the beautiful, long sandy beaches of Southwest Sweden. The house is well disposed with Swedish furnishing, and constructed for both summer and winter getaways. Newly painted living room, kitchen and hallway. You will stay next to a nature reserve, with a huge garden facing a magnificent pine forest full of blueberries. The cosy living room has a fireplace with a cassette and invites you to the two sunny, wooden decks perfect for outdoor meals. Morning coffee can be enjoyed on the deck facing the meadow. Top modern bathroom with shower wall, heated floor, washing machine/tumbler. 3 bedrooms with 5 beds. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, freezer, cooler and stove with large oven. The house is fully equipped for younger kids. Three adult bicycles, one for a 9-yo and one for a 4-yo. There is also a bike wagon for two kids, perfect for the numerous bicycle paths. Summary: We spent 2 weeks in this summerhouse (in August 2018). The biggest surprise for our kids (6 and 9) was the big trampoline in the garden. The house is absolutely well appointed (TV with DVD player, Internet, dishwasher, freezer, a lot of books, DVD's and a lot of toys for the kids, ...). We can absolutely recommend this summerhouse and it's surroundings.

Summary: We spent a week in this comfortable and nicely situated house in walking distance to a calm and natural beach and a few minutes drive from the white-sandy beach of Falkenberg. The host's father lives nearby and was extremely helpful and responsive in whatever issue we addressed. Apart from the weather that could have been warmer for a beach holiday everything was perfect and we felt very well during our stay. The house is great for a family with 3 kids. Bikes and outdoor toys are provided, the garden is spacious and inviting. We only can recommend the house warmly to everyone who seeks a hideaway for a swedish nature-based vacation without lacking the comfort of a well maintained house.

Summary: This is a wonderful house located in a beautiful area close to the beach. We have been there for a two-week stay and can fully recommend it. The house is also used for vacations by the owners themselves, so you will find a facility that is fully equipped. To be honest I've rarely seen a vacation house which was equipped THAT much. The surrounding and the garden are so beautiful that some days we would prefer to stay around the house rather than visiting other places. However if you decide to do so (and you should!), you will find some great beaches. The beach located closely to the house I would recommend rather for a run and quick swimming in the morning or to enjoy sunset in the evening. In short distance by car you'll will find some nicer beaches in my opinion. We enjoyed especially the beach at Vesslunda nature preserve. Whenever you should have a question or require anything, the lovely father of the owner who lives nearby will be there for help and advise - and for little chats, which we enjoyed so much! We could certainly consider to revisit this location one day.

Summary: We spent this summer two beautiful weeks at this nice holiday home. The accommodation is spacious, nicely furnished, neatly kept and very clean. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired and there are even bikes and toys for children. The only minus point is the fact that there is no TV, but it must be said that unit provides for a quick internet access which compensates for the missing TV unit. The house is secluded at the edge of the woods and offers a lot of possibilities for trips into nature or to the surrounding localities. There are many walking and biking trails and I may mention that the beach is within walking distance. The local support by the parents of the owners was very pleasant and reliable. In case of any uncertainties and queries, the owners were always approachable and very helpful and friendly. We can truly recommend this cottage Karl a.Ute

Summary: We were made to feel welcome on arrival. House is as advertised; bullt in the 1960s and partly modernised. It was very clean and comfortable but could be a bit dark in the evenings as it is not very well lit internally (particularly the bedrooms and lounge). Garden is a great feature, together with its location close to the sea and nature reserve. Worth potential visitors understanding that there is no TV. Not a big issue but bathroom underfloor heating not working on arrival and, despite assurance that it would be addressed, remained unfixed all week. We were the last visitors of the season. We stayed just at the end of the Summer season and the area did feel like it had started to close down - upside is that it was very quiet on the excellent beaches and coastline.
