Positive: You don't need keys to get in, they give you a code that's on a really cool lock pad (meaning, I couldn't see the numbers until you pushed the Schlage Logo like was instructed) We were a group of 5 women aged 60ish for this sister's weekend. The location was an easy 10 minutes- 20 minutes from one end of all the main street shops and wineries. We wanted that aspect. Huge kitchen table that seats about 8 - we like to play games so it was perfect, with enough glassware, plates, etc. All 5 bedrooms are spacious, with one king and one queen upstairs and 3 queens downstairs. 2 bathrooms were fine, and a nice backyard with a patio table to sit in the sun (depending on the season of course) the living room upstairs had 2 couches - seats 5, downstairs where the TV/DVD set up is had a sling chair and a futon type couch that held 3 comfortable so we pulled a chair out of the bedroom for the 5th to watch a chick flick. (we brought our own movies, but they had games and movies too) They provided enough towels for everyone - like a set of 6 big to small
Negative: this isn't a negative but to prepare some people. the downstairs is cold, even with the heat on choose the people who like to sleep in the cold for these 3 rooms. (it is a fully furnished basement but colder) I like the cold but threw on an extra blanket or 2. They provided lots of different weights of comforters, throw blankets etc in an ottoman there so we utilized them. Just letting the next group prepare if they have their favorite soft and warm blankets to bring!!! Could be the weather in march though too??.
