Newly renovated 3-bedroom, first floor apartment less than 5 minutes from Greek Peak Ski Resort.
Large living space and custom dining table both with plenty of seating for all guests. Spa-like bathroom with a fully tiled shower. All linens are provided. Two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a king bed. One queen bedroom and the king bedroom each have their own smart TV. Back room provides storage for your skis and snowboards.
The entire downstairs apartment is yours to use!
We are local to Cortland County, but you likely won’t see us unless you need us!
The town of Virgil is a very quiet area, however, we are 2 houses down from the fire station so you will likely hear the alarm during your stay!

Summary: This was the perfect place and great location to get to the places we wanted to visit while we were here for our son’s baseball tournament. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our stay.

Summary: Overall, this place was amazing. It was in a perfect location for my son's tournament and minutes away from local eatery's. The only issue that we had was that the grass wasn't mowed. It was super high, making the fire pit hard to get to.

Summary: Hidden gem. Normal-looking home - everything new on the inside. Calli is a super-responsive host. Perfect location for us. Short drive to SUNY Cortland (our family attended Graduate School Commencement 2023) and Greek Peak, where we went on the zip line and mountain coaster the next day. A great capstone to our daughter's Cortland undergrad and grad years (2017-2023) - and a fond farewell to the home of the Red Dragons.
