Positive: The porch was great, we spent most of our time there.

Negative: There was no key in the garage box, the code given was incorrect for the front door. (we waited outside in the driveway for more than one-half hour until a very nice lady came to our rescue). The basement bedrooms were freezing, I had to close several vents to balance the system. The staircase is dangerous, one needs to be extremely careful with the variation in risers and no return on the handrails which allow for snagging of clothing which could precipitate a fall. Finally, the first impression upon entering the property is that it is not well kept. There are weeds in the shrub beds, a dead tree by the drive which will likely shed limbs on to parked automobiles and a broken pine tree in the side yard. The house was clean an well appointed.

Positive: Nice home, good view of the mountains. love the fact that accepts pets. I love to walk in the morning with my dog and walk around. easy access, and short drive to the lake and groceries. Full kitchen with lots of utensils, you can feel at home and cook while seeing beautiful sunset.

Negative: nothings negative, seriously. I will they have a recycling trash can….but we took all our recycling back home….and voila ….problem solve !
