Summary: Shower head very low, leak out of shower faucet, what looked like an ac hose spit out some nasty hairy clump into the bathtub end. Towels left on bathtub side feel into tub and were already went when I got there. Check in staff put me and my dog (dog was with me at check in) in am inside facing room. No isise. Upon leaving in morninf, approached by someone saying he was the general manager letting me know animals arent allowed in inside facing rooms. After he was done telling me the rules, I told him I did not pick the room. He needs to go manage his employees with the rules, not me. He still with attitude wanted me to know the rules. Even after being told he's barking up the wrong tree. Hotel is not worth 100 a night. Maybe 60 at most like a hotel 6. Towels had what I hope is rust stains on them. Won't be back. Dog wants happy either. Ruff night.

Summary: The interior rooms are better than the exterior.the exterior rooms need some work.pets are only allowed exterior.i don't know about the breakfast as i sleep until checkout.

Summary: Was a bit put off when the 2.5 year old in our group was briefly missing, notified front desk while 4 adults in our group are searching for her. Both employees seemed dismissive, unbothered, didn’t ask a single question about her appearance or how to notify us if she wandered to the lobby, let alone offer assistance. The first morning breakfast was good, second it was not so great. The restaurant got 3 of our 6 meals wrong the one time we ate there but did fix it. Overall we enjoyed our time and thankfully kiddo was found within a couple terrifying minutes.

Summary: I have tried 10 different hotels in San Angelo. This one was at the top and one of only two I would stay at again. Unless you are going for the purpose of the amenities, I would suggest an outside room (noise) which I had. A large room with a comfortable space (even if it was somewhat dated...lack of plugs to charge in for example), it was not spotless but it was comfortably clean. The thing that set it apart was the staff. Friendly and efficient, they went above and beyond and were greatly appreciated.
