Pebbles, A light and airy semi-detached, family-friendly property located just a short stroll from the centre of Holt. The cottage is a perfect spot for enjoying all North Norfolk has to offer. A children's playground is 200m away, and less than 1km away on the edge of the town is the green flag awarded Holt Country Park, which has over 200 acres of woodland with nature trails and organised events. The charming Georgian town of Holt is the ideal base to tour North Norfolk and boasts a selection of interesting shops including cafes, antique shops, and sprawling beaches all within a short distance, there is also excellent bird watching, walking, and cycling in the area the coastal villages of Blakeney and Cley are just five miles away with the sandy beach at Sheringham just six miles away.
The interior of Pebbles is spacious and luxurious, with contemporary styling, whilst retaining its character and charm. The cottage is fully furnished and very well equipped with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The kitchen and diner are open plan and feature a breakfast bar with 3 stools and a large dining table with seating for 6 guests. The kitchen is equipped with a fitted oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer and fridge, as well as a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. This area opens into the spacious lounge area which has two comfortable and stylish leather sofas, a large 49" Smart TV with internet connection, Freeview and free fibre broadband WiFi.
Upstairs the cottage has 3 generous-sized bedrooms sleeping a maximum of 6 guests. There are two super king size rooms and one twin. The well-equipped bathroom features both a bath and a large zero entry shower.
Outside there is a small patio/terrace with a table and 6 chairs, perfect for alfresco dining or a relaxing glass of wine.
Off-street parking is available at the rear of the property for 2 vehicles. Also provided is a permanently fixed Sheffield Cycle Stand which can accommodate up to two bikes (one each side).
Whilst we welcome dogs please note that the garden is a patio/terrace and is not fenced/secure.

1. Babies and small children are especially well catered for at Pebbles as we have stairgates, a travel cot and high chair all available.
2. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome at a charge of £25 per dog, however they are not allowed on the soft furnishings or upstairs
3. There is no smoking or vaping allowed in Pebbles
