Summary: very poor cleaning in the room, the bed and behind were filthy. Cleaning ladies did nothing except remake the bed and add new towels but the room was never cleaned. The whole place is for pensioners, and set out accordingly. No one there under 60 years of age. Rooms much darker and smaller and nothing like the pictures. Very poor quality breakfast, bad cheap ingredients, bad coffee, bad cheap everything. And on top of everything, very expensive for a 3 star of this quality. Checked out and found a much lovelier place, in a better less geriatric area, for less than the cost of one night here.

Summary: Clean studio with a beautiful balcony towards the garden. It s great to be able to have our dog with us at no extra charge. The only downside was that the pool was always packed. A big place like this should have at least one more pool in the facilities.

Summary: Lovely place for a family holiday! Loads of green spaces, close to the front with its shops, restaurants, sea front etc. Easy enough to walk but there is also a cute little train you can take. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. We’d definitely come again!

Summary: Disappointing. Quite old. Price/Quality is poor. Reservation was mentioning garden view and the appartment was facing a main road with a 1m band of grass... If you are light sensitive for a sleep do no go there !

Summary: The staff were helpful, friendly and polite and the facilities on site were good. It was also in a good location within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops and the seafront. The supermarket on site was also convenient and well stocked. Our apartment was in a quiet part of the compex, but it was not the cleanest and it was cold. It was winter and raining, but the two air conditioners didn't warm it sufficiently. An example of cleanliness is the cupboard doors in the kitchen were sticky, also lots of cobwebs behind the bedroom door. The apartment was also infested everywhere with ants, so had to buy ant killer. Other apartments may be better, but ours was not great. We weren't asked about our stay on check out, so we didn't offer feedback.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at Pedras da Rainha. Checkin/out were easy, the room was very clean, and the property was well-maintained. We brought our dog with us and it was the simplest, no-hassle pet experience ever. The location was excellent - just down the road from charming restaurants and shops plus a walkable boardwalk. A quick 10-minute drive has you in Tavira proper or in the other direction, at a bright sandy beach. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others.
