Summary: We stayed at Pelican Bay Villa for 14 days in January. The villa is "tired" and needs an update of furniture, faucets, kitchen cabinets and gas grill. The remodel was several years ago. There is no pool table.The villa is on a point and we experienced lots of wind, which only allowed us to experience the home's pool one afternoon for a few hours.For the amount that we paid, we were disappointed with the condition of the property.

Summary: Wow, just wow. The pictures look incredible. In person, it is even better. Anguilla is a paradise with friendly people, breathtaking beaches, and delicious food. Pelican Bay Villa is the perfect combination of beauty and tranquility! The Properties in Paradise team was incredible from start to finish. Aline and the rest of the concierge team were incredibly thoughtful, and set us up with everything we needed for our trip! Marilyn was cheerful and cared for things so that we could fully relax. Chef K prepared amazing meals (on request), including the best lobster and spring rolls we had on the island. We miss it so, and cannot wait for our next visit.

Summary: We spent an amazing week at Pelican Bay Villa enjoying everything that Anquilla has to offer. The property was exactly as pictured and our stay was perfect. Everything was beautifully decorated and maintained. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly want. The open sliding glass doors in the front brought the cool breezes and lights of St. Maarten into our living room at night! The pool was wonderfully warm for a relaxing swim in the evenings after a day on the beach at Shoals (definitely eat at Tropical Sunset beach bar...coconut shrimp is YUM!) or Rendezvous (an afternoon meal at Bankie Banks was legendary!) bays. Our only small disappointment was that the beach in front of the villa is rocky with no walking access to Rendezvous Bay, but since we had a car, we easily went to all the white sand beaches during our stay. The housekeeper Merilynn was so wonderful and onsite every day, offering to do our laundry or taking care of any request we had as well as cleaning the kitchen and rooms. The property manager was very helpful in arranging transportation from the ferry to the property, and arranged a rental car for our party of 6. Responses to our questions were always prompt and helpful. They checked in several times during our stay to see if we needed anything. Everyone was wonderful and as friendly as everyone we encountered on the island. We could not have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back again!! Thanks so much for an amazing experience in paradise!! It was a memory for a lifetime!
