Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all the place is nice. The master bedroom seemed hot even with AC running. The second bath needs attention! The small handle in the tub falls out and is a danger for an older person who may have to use the handle to steady themselves. There’s paint popping off the walls in various places.

Summary: The condo is nice . Navarre is a nice getaway. There are no good dog beaches though. The National Seashore is divine. It is pleasant that you can see the bay and the ocean from this house. Condo is a little dated but art is interesting.

Reviewer Comments: We booked here last minute for fall break due to weather disrupting our prior plans. The communication with the rental company was prompt, and informative and no issues despite booking with less than 24 hours before checking in.The location is nicely located near public access and even with all of our beach stuff it was less than 5 minutes from walking out to being on the sand. The unit has some eclectic and fun decorations (not the standard 'life, laugh, love' hobby lobby stuff). It was great for our family of 4. The location and the price were right.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in this complex many times before but not this unit. I understand that updates cost money, but when your renters are HOT because the AC is not keeping up, it is time to do something! Also, it rained a good bit while we were there and it leaks horribly around the front door frame. The paint is peeling in every room as well. But it was very clean and we enjoyed the location right across from the beach. One note: If you want your renters to feel welcome, remove the psycho/horror pictures of women from the entry stairwell!

Summary: Property was great. We normally stay on the gulf side, but chose this property across the road. It was extremely close to a public access spot, so it was not a long walk to get those toes in the sand.

Summary: comfortable apartment for 4 adults, well equiped kitchen. beach access right across the street which is not the case for many properties on Navarre Beach. 2 bed/bath combos on top floor. Spacious living area below & parking for 2 vehicles on ground level. Very responsive property management. Apartment interior could use some attention - reason for 4 instead 5 overall rating.
