Summary: Everyone had a great time. The thing that we wanted to do was close by. We enjoyed being at home away from home.

Summary: The home was clean and the location was peaceful and relaxing. Additionally, the hot tub was a wonderful bonus and served as a fabulous way to end the day. This is an ideal house for someone traveling with teenagers or a large group of young people. However, for a group of older adults ( there were 7 of us ranging in age from 25-75) it was not ideal. We were disappointed by the sparse furnishings and kitchen set up as well as the beds. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, except for the bottom bunks in the lower portion of the home.

Summary: The perfect house for our girls trip. Plenty of beds and space to hang out and play games. The kitchen was a bit small, but we were able to prepare a few meals there. It was a minor inconvenience to have to go outside to get upstairs for coffee in the mornings, since it was raining during our stay. Not terrible, just something we weren’t aware of before we got there. Beautiful views and comfortable beds. Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Summary: Our family really enjoyed our stay at "Pelican Splash". The location is super close to everything but in the congested part of the city. Grocery stores, shopping plazas, gas stations, fast food restaurants, entertainment and the beach are less than 10 miles away. The house itself is really nice. The downstairs area has a sofa bed, 2 twin over full bunk beds and a queen/king bedroom with an en suite bath that has a shower & spa tub. This area is separate from the main area of the house, only accessible through the pinpad, locked sliding glass door. The main area of the house can only be accessed by stairs, whether using the front or back entrance. There is a kitchen, dining, 2 bathrooms, laundry room and living room area. There are 3 bedrooms: 1 king, 1 queen & 1 twin over full bunk bed. There are 4(?) tvs on the property, 1 in each of the living areas and 1 in each of the king bedrooms. There family next door with dogs but they can be easily "shoo'd" away. The hot tub was a great added amenity. Things to note: extra towels and washcloths are recommended if you have a large group or be prepared to wash a lot, bring a firestick or roku stick for some of the tvs, the sliding glass doors don't have blinds or curtains. The rental was exactly as pictured. Check in instructions were easy to use and understand. Recommendations for where to eat and explore was a great bonus. Owners responded quickly to all forms of communication. Highly recommend!! Recommendations for owners:

Summary: Awesome place for a family vacation, we took the grandkids fishing at the River out back and they are still talking about the fish they caught. The host was awesome! Will stay there again.

Summary: The location of the property was good. Nice river to fish from. Ample beds. Nice jacuzzi. Just don't think of cooking. Not enough quality cooking tools. The cleanliness is not good at all. One bed had actually pee in it. You won't find trash bins throughout just kitchen and bathrooms. You won't find enough supplies that are normally included. Suckie internet. The response from the guest contacts was fast and amicable. If pee smell on linen is not bad enough there's a terrible smell on the lower floor that they could not find the source to and had to put up with because it never went away.
