It was a little inconvenient that they were down to 1 elevator, but we knew that ahead of time. The room was clean. We had an issue with the dryer not drying clothes very well, but a phone call to the office and it was fixed as quickly as possible! The bed is VERY soft. Like laying on a cloud. My husband loved it- me, it was comfortable but a little too soft for someone who has back issues. However, I pulled out the Murphy bed and slept there with my kiddo and it was just fine. The couch is really worn down and not very comfortable to sleep on. The pullout bed in the couch was not very comfortable. The unit was recently updated, and you can tell! The complementary chairs worked great for our beach time. The only frustration was a few days we would have other people in our spot because the attendant “didn’t think we were coming down.” The palm tree blocks your view of the beach, so removing it should be considered. It was our first time in PCB- we will definitely come back!
