Positive: Host was super helpful and sent very detailed information about how to arrive, etc. The place is well equipped for everything and it's pretty cozy overall. Good for a week that I need to be in SXM for work.
Negative: Not a big deal, but I couldn't get the window upstairs to open, so it was fairly hot and I had to rely on the AC to cool it down. I would have preferred the window open and a fan.

Positive: The owner and host had clearly gone to a great deal of trouble to anticipate the guest’s needs. Every little thing was present to ensure that whoever stayed there would have a good time. The apartment even had cool bags and deck chairs to take to the beach. The host was exceptionally helpful. I realised, when I arrived, that my plugs did not fit the sockets. So, the host brought round an adaptor the very next day. And, she even took me to the airport when I’d finished my holiday. I can’t praise her enough!
Negative: Nothing. Everything was great. A superb place to stay in Marigot.
Summary: A brilliant place to spend a holiday in Saint-Martin.

Positive: The location was fine- I enjoyed it being a little off the beat- the walk to the main part of Marigot was safe and well lit. the unit was clean and quiet. Laurence was always available and helped navigate a water problem without issues.

Positive: Fantastic apartment, very comfortable, spacious, and fully equipped. Walking distance to town, the port for ferries to Anguilla and Saint Barts, supermarkets, and a small gym. OK swimming spot right nearby. Great communication with host. A real winner.
Negative: Absolutely nothing to criticize.
