Summary: The room was v spacious and clean however it needs updating as it is shabby in places and for the price i was charged i felt the room was not up to standard.

Summary: 2nd time staying here, rebooked as handy city centre location with parking. We booked the superior king over classic room this time & it was very spacious & larger super king bed. Room looks worn though furniture dated very minimalist & needs a update blank walls without any personal touch. Window lock faulty & bed large but very hard but no pillow top. We also paid extra for breakfast which is good value but limited veggie/health conscious options & could do with more planning out eg a choose what you want hot egg option. Staff overall very polite & helpful. Will definitely consider staying again but just not quite 4 stars in experience.

Summary: Very nice hotel in a great location. Nicely appointed room, very comfortable bed and view of castle. Off site parking was helpful. Wonderful staff and excellent pub restaurant serving food all day and night.

Summary: Our room was quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. It's in a good location. Parking was off-site but is available. Breakfast was very good. It may be dependent on time - my husband had a luke warm shower but mine was hot. I also dont like the spout in the basin as it spurts everwhere but that is being nit picky.

Summary: An absolute gem of a hotel nestled in the heart of Kilkenny. Great for walk-ability to historic sights, dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. The staff couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful and the parking made staying in Kilkenny a pleasure. Heartily recommend!
