Summary: Lovely hotel, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff. Chambermaid went out of her way to help us. Food was amazing, waiting staff were very attentive. Morning manager was very friendly. Everything was perfect Overall a fantastic stay

Summary: From the moment I walked in the door this hotel gave me a brilliant experience. A really friendly welcome and check-in process. The room was no frills but a really comfortable bed and a large bathroom with very nice towels providing plenty of room to dry off after the shower. Ate in the restaurant and again every member of staff were helpful, attentive and welcoming which was just what I needed after a long day and being on my own. The food was also really very good as well. In the morning the breakfast was cooked fresh and loads of choice. Breakfast bap was perfect for me but I will definitely have the cooked breakfast next time. I will certainly return as felt the overall experience was very good value for money.

Summary: Just returned from two nights in the Pen Mill with two other couples. We had a really lovely time, the staff were outstanding we cannot fault them. All young people and so friendly, polite, attentive and nothing too much trouble. The breakfast was excellent all freshly cooked, we had two evening meals here including the carvery on Sunday which was excellent too. The road outside is quite busy and noisy at night with the boy racers!! Only because we had the windows wide open due to the hot weather. The hotel provided fans for the room which was helpful.

Summary: Have had an amazing stay here at this lovely hotel. Staff couldnt do enough for you and were incredibly polite and helpful. Room was clean with good amenities. Food was excellent and plenty of parking. Highly recommend.
