Positive: Platres village gives you the opportunity to spend some days at nearby area too.
Negative: We use 3 times the restaurant area and two of them was a disappointment. Friday night at Ilios Restaurant service was awful. The waitress didnt know what was the menu due to a company event took place. One year "life" for Pendeli and the event was organised to celebrate. Due to this the menu was set to serve easily the almost full Restaurant easily. But the waitress didn't know anything and she told us she is coming back in a while. She never came back and i ask another waiter for help. We choose the food out 2 selections actually. We ask a specific wine also. After having the first starter still no wine was served. After 25 minutes the waiter came back to told us that thatvwine was not available. We choose another one which served after 15 minutes. So, wine served at least 40 minutes after the first order. While the set menu was served a salad was served that we never choose. I ask the waiters for an explanation of this chaos. Everyone was trying to make owner's quests invited for the event and notvthe quests who pay for accommodation. Note that during that chaos they serve us double starters. Nor the manager or the owner who i call one time and he totally neglect me, came to apologise or do anything to show us they are sorry. Additionally, the last day Sunday morning at breakfast, many items weren't cooked because only one guy was preparing them. So many trays were empty. Also, one out two coffee machines was out of order and only one was available to serve the quests. I feel that there is no need to mention anything else to conclude that money wise is too expensive. Parking space is limited too. So, overated hotel even after one year of the opening.

Positive: Our stay at Pendeli Resort exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The hotel is beautifully maintained, with spotless rooms, a relaxing atmosphere, excellent facilities, and a perfect location close to everything while still being peaceful. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service. A very special thank you goes to Christos, the manager, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to every detail are truly outstanding. He goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels valued and has a perfect experience. His warm hospitality and dedication are a rare quality that deserves the highest recognition. The entire staff was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Every part of our stay was flawless, from check-in to check-out. Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. We highly recommend Pendeli Resort to anyone looking for comfort, outstanding service, and an unforgettable holiday. We will definitely be returning and cannot wait to stay here again. 10/10 – Absolutely perfect!

Positive: The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming throughout my stay. The room smelled amazing, and everything felt brand new and spotless. The food was also excellent! When I arrived, there was no parking available, but the staff went above and beyond to help. They took my car keys, parked the car for me elsewhere, and even brought it back when I checked out. I really appreciated their kindness and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Negative: I stayed on the second floor, and I believe the restaurant was located right below my room, so there was some noise in the mornings and evenings. However, it didn’t ruin my stay at all, and overall I had a very positive experience.
