Negative: Beds / floors were very noisy. Especially the first floor bedroom which resulted in broken sleep.

Positive: beautiful, peaceful spot in North Wales; perfect for a relaxing countryside escape. The views are stunning, with sheep and cows adding to the calm, rural charm. The cottage itself is spacious, clean, and well-furnished with a cosy fireplace and large living and bedroom areas. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches like milk, eggs, butter, cakes, toiletries, and a fire starter kit with wood. The outdoor seating area facing the fields was a favourite spot, and feeding the baby lambs was a highlight! A big thank you to the hosts for helping us find a local place selling sheepskins—they went above and beyond.
Negative: The dryer function on the washing machine didn’t work properly, but they provided an airer which was very useful.
Summary: Fantastic walks, lambs in the fields. A peaceful, scenic stay with thoughtful touches throughout.

Positive: Absolute perfection for what I wanted. Remote location, secure garden for the dog, amazing views, home from home comfort. Woods nearby for quick dog walks before bed. Good hiking trails within 30-50 mins drive. Peace and quiet, no people around. Spacious 3 bedroom house. I can imagine it being a little crowded for the full capacity of 6 people with one bathroom. But this was not an issue for me travelling alone.
Negative: Absolutely nothing, exceeded my needs.

Positive: Wonderful supply of food (milk, butter, cheese, yoghurts, flapjack, cakes etc as well as teabags and other basics. Plus the kitchen had useful stuff - plenty of cleaning materials, cling film foil etc, and logs and kindling for the fire. It really was well appointed. Best of all it was very, very clean. A delight to enter.
Negative: A bookmark in the page for how to set the oven temperature?! Seriously, nothing. It was fabulous.

Positive: We had our first family holiday here with our son and dogs and it was wonderful. The cottage is in a beautiful setting, it is quiet surrounded by fields and wildlife. It is close enough to things to do and places to walk without being too close. The cottage itself is definitely one of the best and well stocked we have been to. It is like being at home. The rooms are lovely and the living room is spacious yet cosy. The owners are attentive without being intrusive, they checked on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and were absolutely lovely. We will definitely be back!
