Positive: The shower was extremely clean. The bed was super comfortable, and the bedding material felt more comfortable than standard hotel sheets. I enjoyed the cozy room size. I appreciated the toiletries. I enjoyed the history touches throughout the building.
Negative: Not the most efficient a/c system. I was glad the a/c unit was powerful, tho. I enjoyed being able to adjust it myself. The parking situation, I guess, can't be helped but I can't return here when I drive my car next time too bad.

Positive: Very charming, reminded me of hotels I have stayed in the UK. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
Negative: I was told a continental breakfast would be served starting at 6:00 am. I went down at 6:15 and 6:45 and nothing was there and no one was at the reception desk. There was a man asleep on a chair near the elevator but I couldn't tell if he worked for the hotel. I finally had to leave at 7:00 to go home and still no one at the desk.

Negative: Our room, particularly the bathroom, wasn’t very clean. We lifted the toilet seat and there were urine stains from a previous guest. Also hair in the shower and stains on the bedding.

Positive: Bit older room, but the nice staff all made up for it. I got here super early, but they allowed me into the room so I could freshen up already after my travel. They don't do breakfast, but they have complimentary muffins and coffee in the morning.
