Positive: One day of coffee in the room, yoga mat and foam roller. Friendly staff.
Negative: Noose/Robe art work was terrible and triggering, fire alarm system fluke on the last night 9/5/25 was intense and made for a rough morning, uncomfortable mattress, slippery bathroom floors.
Summary: Cleaner than an express hotel with a great location, but I question the authenticity and artwork.

Positive: Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooftop bar has the best views of Manhattan for morning coffees or evening cocktails. Great neighbourhood to stay in with excellent local coffee shops, bars, restaurants and shops.
Summary: Loved it, would stay again!

Positive: Coffee in the room was good , pastries available in the reception area in the morning. You could walk to shops restaurants and the river right from the hotel . Bed was comfortable.
Negative: Shower leaked every time I used it they did try to fix it but I still ended up having to mop water up off the floor . The shades in the room I could get the blackout shade to come down by itself but I couldn’t get the sheer shade to come down by itself .

Positive: Great location in Williamsburg - an easy walk to local shops and the nearest subway stop. Staff at reception were very friendly and accomodating, even holding onto my suitcase for a few hours after check out while I explored the city.

Positive: When I asked to be moved to a quieter room due to the carnival outside they were able to accommodate me which meant a lot! Room was lovely and modern and bed super comfortable.
Negative: Would have been nice to have breakfast included for the price
