Positive: Great location, clean and comfortable room, quiet and no fuss. The penny is great for a quick work stay or a sweet romantic weekend getaway. I will be staying there again in the future.

Negative: Honestly, i don't have much to complain about if at all. I had a room that was close to the elevator and was worried it would be noisy, but to my surprise i didn't hear anything all night.

Summary: Cute, cozy, and cool - a very comfortable stay at a hip boutique hotel.

Positive: Very comfy bed, nice little space to stay in whilst exploring Brooklyn and Manhattan. Great rooftop restaurant/bar with amazing views. Windows are very noise cancelling but there wasn’t much noise anyway.

Negative: Water leaked quite a lot through shower door seal. Rooftop restaurant is separate so can’t access at all times.

Negative: Need to keep the room stocked with enough cups, plates, bowls, cutlery for the number of guests that you have. Initially, there were none, then they brought 1, then i had to request a 2nd.
