Summary: Loved the close proximity to everything and that we could bring the pooch. He loved the dog beach! This was a very spacious house and the beds were so comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We were not sure what to expect. Looking for a place near where our brother lives. This turned out to be a great space and a great find. We'll try and book again the next time we need to be there. It was close to the places we needed to be and wanted to be. The property manager was very responsive to our questions and helped us in what we needed. I'm not an expert at the short-term rental business, but they made it easy.

Summary: This is by far our favorite vacation rental so far!! The home is decorated so cute, very welcoming, and had everything we needed!! Our pups felt right at home, and enjoyed being able to come on vacation with us! The landscaping definitely gave the “treehouse” vibe, and from the back patio, with the tall magnolia trees and wooded feeling made it so relaxing!! When we weren’t at the beach, we were on the patio! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your beautiful home, and we truly cannot express how much we loved our stay!! We cannot wait to come back!

Summary: Very private, clean, and spacious vacation rental in a great location - away from the sterile Perdido Key high rises but just a few minutes from the beaches. Within walking distance to a nice park, live music, and good food. We liked being in an actual neighborhood, and the live oaks are pretty special.

Summary: Tried contacting the owner of the place to get an early check in amd never got a response. Sent communication via email. The front door key is bent. Might want to replace it soon. Highly suggest replacing the filter for the AC! Looks like it hasn't been replaced in years. Overworking it big time by not replacing it. The back porch is a disaster. Sand all over. Would be nice to see it cleaned up a bit, lights replaced on the ceiling, and another ceiling fan over the primary seating area. With the heavy rain we had, two of us fell on the front porch near the stairs due to the overgrowth of mold and mildew. That area, the side porch, and the grill area don't get much sun, so it never dries out. Suggest power washing those areas. Other than that, the place is really cute! Enjoued the "treehouse" effect. Decorated nicely inside too. A few areas that were missed (the floors) by the cleaning crew but nothing awful. Above all, we'd stay here again. We enjoyed being close to "concerts on the canal" too!

Summary: The treehouse was clean and neat as advertised the only problem we ran into is if you renting this place know that your in the same house with strangers just below or on top we were reported for having a party when it was only four ppl in the house and (it’s rated for 6) playing UNO and we got question about it by the property manager 2 days later there rings and cameras around the property he should’ve known there was no partying going on!

Summary: This is a great place to stay close to the beach and several restaurants. Be sure to notice this is a 2 story house and you get the upstairs, other folks will be downstairs. Plenty of privacy, lots of parking, and comfortable furnishings. If in the area you need to stay here!
