Summary: Great place; we slept 8; 3 adults 5 kids comfortably. Right by Publix.Close access to Perdido Key and Orange Beach is just a 15 min drive along the coast, Gorgeous!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The place is nice and very pet friendly. It’s close to everything including a great restaurant that has live music on Friday nights. We enjoyed our stay!

Summary: Location was 5 minutes to the beach. To use the beach, be prepared to pay $25 parking fee for public beach (no pets allowed on beach.) Hope this helps someone booking. Property was clean, however; there were hairs on the pillows on the beds so we had to wash linens when we arrived, which was inconvenient. Property manager should clean up the backyard - particularly the mountains of leaves. No cutting board in the kitchen. Only tops of Tupperware, kind of odd. Use bleach when washing linens before tenants get there. Property needs new, fluffy bath towels: They were very used and thin, with holes in them. Overall, the property was satisfactory. The above things would make it better. Would go back, possibly.

Summary: The house is nice with the amenities that is described. I would recommend this property, but only if you really know the area. This area is not accommodating to all cultures. Upon arrival, the house must just had pest control treatment as the smell overtook the house and dead bugs were everywhere. The rooms were as described and comfortable. For a rental to comfortably accommodate six, a couple of things are for suggestion. Please provide more tissue and towels. Please let the washer air dry as mold is all around the gasket. Please have the outside trash dumped before guest arrives so the renters trash can be properly disposed of. Things we enjoyed were the room the rental provided, the television channels, offered, the bathroom spaces, and the available parking.

Summary: The property was nice, parking was a little tricky. The outdoor seating area had toys and things everywhere. The unit was the downstairs, typical for downstairs noise. Good water pressure.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 5. The built-in bunk beds were perfect! All of the mattresses were so comfortable and everything was very clean. The full kitchen was convenient and fully stocked. We even grilled burgers on the charcoal grill. The porch accommodated us all very well. I’ve already recommended The Treehouse to other family! Thanks for a great getaway!
