Summary: House was ok. Neighborhood seemed quite. We had to replace light bulbs as most were burnt out in the house. We also picked up the trash that was lying around the yard, trash cans overflowing upon arrival. TV doesn't work, internet does. If you just need a place to sleep it will work.

Summary: The house descriptions are honest. The only big issue with the house was the hard as a rock master bed. Sadly, our experience with the management of this rental was horrible. I have used VRBO many times and have never had a problem like this. My email from VRBO had no information on how to access the house. I immediately reached out by VRBO message, texted, and called the number connected to the listing. I was not contacted. Our check in was at 3:00. We arrived at 4:45 to the cleaning lady still there, and our sheets being soaking wet in the wash. She also let us know that the renters before us had made a giant mess. One of the reasons we like VRBO is because it has options for no contact booking and check in. The cleaning lady tells me she will let the property manager know we want to talk to her but she is on a trip so that's probably why we can't get in contact with her. Once she leaves we discover the floor is covered in sand. At 6:20 the property owner calls me asking how I got her number and explained she has nothing to do with the running of the property, so she will have the property manager call me. The next day, after 12, I hear from the manager. She tried to take no responsibility for this simple, yet obvious mistake. Examples; I was out of town, the owner set up the email wrong, VRBO's merger caused messaging problems, I should be grateful the cleaner was still there, etc. I was visiting my friend who is a VRBO host and she was shocked at how I was treated.

Summary: The lawn needed to be cut badly. There were no grill or tv in each room. The trash outside was overflowing, but was picked up in a couple of days. Too far from the beach! The property did accommodate my family, but need some improvements. The inside look better than the outside.

Summary: There's a grocery store within 3 minutes of the house. Dollar general within 1 minute. The back yard was huge with a fence kids loved it. The bedrooms were nice sized. The neighborhood is quiet even being right next to the main road. The house was perfect size for the 7 of us.
