Positive: We were pleasantly surprised. Location was easy walking distance to the old town. The room was a nice size, the bed was quite comfortable, bed linens were nice, everything was perfectly clean, and the shower was good. Excellent value for the money!

Negative: Nothing important. Towels were thin and there were no glasses in the room

Negative: it was hard to figure out how to contact the front desk. I don't know if they were renovating but the room facilities were not complete.

Positive: The host is very available; we just called the number and he answered immediately (on Sunday). Very friendly, very nice men. The beds are comfortable and new. The linen, the pillows and covers are also all new and nice to sleep on. Apartment has two separate rooms - both were basic, but clean . Also very comfortable sleep as it is nicely quiet in the surroundings. Behind the property there is an area to park the car for free, which is a nice bonus. Access to the city center - 10 minutes walk.

Negative: Apartment is called apartment, but it is not finished yet. There is no kitchen corner, which looks like it should be, as it is an apartment. Also this price for unfinished apartment is slightly overpriced, we found. The whole building is still in works , so not really looking like finished 'pension'. But generally when they will finish, they will get there on quality ;)

Positive: Three cyclists arrived near midnight. Very good price for late reservation. Late check-in with staff on site. For one night the room had everything needed. Location was very central near Hbf. Brand new establishment
