Positive: It was very convenient arriving later in the day. The keys were left in a locker for us, so no physical check-in was needed. The host was super friendly. On the next day, we sat outside in front of the house with other guests and the owner came over and offered us a glass of vine free of charge. The atmosphere was pleasant, laid back, no noise in the night, walking distance to the city centre. Room was clean and spacious. We can only recommend this place.

Negative: I cannot think of any downside.

Positive: It was clean and had a good bathroom. We were lucky to have the whole place to ourselves, so didn't have to share the kitchen with any other guests.

Negative: The pillows were very poor. Plus, there wasn't a wardrobe.
