Reviewer Type: Couple
Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Cleanliness and friendliness of the cleaning staff
Negative: The door opening system is a nightmare! You get back each night hoping your door will open. Final night hit back to 6 people trying to open doors at 2am and the hotel not answering their phone line to help them! Luckily my door opened! A/c unit had annoying fault too that they didn’t fix (tho a tech was sent!)
Summary: Perfect for BBK festival only let down by e-tech doors
