Positive: The personnel was outstanding. They are servive oriented, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and in a modern design. The bathroom is modern and very clean. The fact I was sharing the bathroom was not adding complexity. It was easy to reach and comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight. Great choice served directly at my table. I felt home. The atmosphere of the reveption and the breakfast area was very nice and the design added to my comfort. While every wish got served.

Negative: I booked a room with a private bathroom. we were given a room with a shared bathroom and we were lied to that only we had access but we also met other people there. the staff refused to believe this

Negative: It looked liked it was closed, as they were in the middle of renovation. It was also not well explained re the entry, which was the metal door on the right which has an intercom to the left for any one else that stays here.
