Positive: Staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool was heated and we had it mostly to ourselves. Breakfast buffet was well stocked and varied. The room was large and very comfortable with a balcony and rural views. Had the use of a common room as well as a games room. Most enjoyable. Enjoyed a lovely dinner both nights as well

Summary: Loved this hotel so much we booked an extra night.

Positive: Very clean room. The staff were not only nice but also incredibly helpful, attending to all my needs with a smile. The breakfast offered was not just nice but rich in variety, providing a perfect start to the day. This hotel truly understands the essence of hospitality.

Positive: Pension Unterhof has the best facilities and warmest staff. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool, the snow sledding ramp beside the hotel, play area, and we all loved their food in their restaurant. Staff are very respectful and always smiling. The location is superb, mountain ranges surround you, it’s magical.

Negative: Small recommendation, the sofa bed is hard so not very comfortable for the extra person in the room. Better to book a 3-person room than to use the sofa bed.

Summary: One of the best we’ve stayed in. For sure we will come back and also recommend!
